Ultimate Logon for Vista 
Just a simple manipulation to the original BG.. Hope you'll like it!

You need LogonStudio App to use the .logonvista file - U can download it here [link]
OR you can use the imageres.dll (for SP0 RTM), rename the original to imageres.dll.original
in your Windows\System32 directory, then copy the edited in the pack included..
Take Ownership Context menu .REG file is also added for easy take ownership
